Luxe and Pinnacle metal physical cards are temporarily out of stock.
What members see
Web: The card-selection page shows a backorder warning before the member orders.
Mobile: The backorder warning is not yet available in the mobile app. Members who order through mobile will receive an email explaining the delay.
Ordering and timing
Members can continue to order Luxe and Pinnacle metal physical cards as normal. Once stock is available, we will automatically ship the card.
Orders are expected to take approximately two weeks longer than normal to deliver.
