You can delete both virtual and physical Cash cards directly from the ether.fi app or web app.
Log in to the app on mobile or web at ether.fi/app/cash/sign-in
Navigate to the Cards page, or go directly to ether.fi/app/cash/order-card
Select the virtual or physical card you want to delete
Click "Edit Card", then select "Delete Card"
💡 Note: Deleting a card is permanent. If you need another card in the future, you'll need to order a new one.
If you're deleting a card to create a new one, please note that the number of cards you can have depends on your membership tier. The following limits and fees apply.
Card Creation Limits
To prevent abuse and excessive card creation, we’ve introduced limits on how many virtual and physical cards a user can have active at one time.
Card Limits by Tier
Each membership tier includes a number of free cards and a maximum number of cards you can have active at one time.

Each membership tier has its own fee. The applicable fee is deducted from your account balance when you order an additional card.
