Order your physical card
Open Cash, then open Card.
Select Add Card, then choose Physical Card.
Review your shipping address and place your order.
Important: Once you submit your shipping address and place your physical-card order, the details cannot be changed. Make sure your shipping details are correct before ordering.
Having trouble with your shipping address?
Update to the latest ether.fi app and try again. If you still have trouble ordering on mobile, use Cash in a web browser.
Select Change this address.
Search for your address, or select Enter address manually to enter or correct it.
Review and confirm the address before placing your order.
PO boxes cannot be used for physical-card delivery.
Activate your card and set your PIN
When your card arrives, open Cash → Card, select your physical card, and choose Activate Physical Card. The app will then guide you to set your PIN.
Tracking
If tracking is available, it appears in your physical card details.
