Use GBP to fund your Vault via Faster Payments Service

You can use Faster Payments to fund/send your Cash account from an eligible UK bank account in GBP. Funds are converted to USDC.

Who can use Faster Payments?

  • Eligible members with a supported UK bank account.

  • Transfers must be sent in GBP.

How long do GBP FPS deposits take?

Deposits are commonly credited within minutes, though they can take a few hours depending on the sending bank.

How do I fund via Faster Payments?

  • Open Cash → Add Funds → Bank → GBP → Faster Payments.

  • Accept the terms if prompted, then copy your unique account details exactly as shown.

  • Send GBP from your bank and save the transfer confirmation.

What fees apply?

Funding: £0.90 + 0.20% FX. The current fee and conversion are shown in the app.

Outgoing: fees and conversion are shown in your quote before confirmation. The quoted conversion can vary on weekends and bank holidays.

Can I receive third party deposits?

Third party deposits are supported. For a first deposit, we recommend sending funds from a bank account in your own name where possible.

Some transfers may require additional documentation, regardless of the amount transferred. This may trigger our banking provider’s compliance steps.

Can I send GBP via Faster Payments?

Yes, where the method is available. The final fee, conversion, and timing are shown in your quote before confirmation.

Why was my transfer delayed or returned?

Most transfers proceed normally. If a transfer is taking longer than expected, open Transaction History and select it. Some transfers may show Action Required; if so, provide the requested information directly there and submit it. If no action is required and the applicable timeframe has passed, contact support with the transfer receipt or payment confirmation, amount and currency, transfer date/time, and destination account if applicable.
