Typical refund timelines
Merchant processing: 1-7 days
Card network processing: 3-5 business days
International refunds: Up to 10 business days
Important information
Weekends and public holidays are not included when calculating business days.
Refunds appear as separate credit transactions in your transaction history.
What should I do if my refund hasn't arrived?
If 15–30 business days have passed since the merchant confirmed your refund and you still haven't received it, please contact our support team.
If the merchant has confirmed that the refund was processed, you can also request the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) from them and share it with our support team.
Our team can use the ARN to review the transaction and investigate the status of your refund.
