The benefit applies to eligible lounge passes purchased after October 20th 2026, with the number of covered passes depending on your membership tier.
Who is eligible for airport lounge access?
Your annual lounge pass allowance depends on your ether.fi membership tier.

Your annual allowance runs from January 1 to December 31 (UTC).
Unused passes do not carry over to the following year.
A new allowance starts on January 1.
Your allowance follows the membership you hold at the time of each purchase.
Each customer is eligible for one lounge visit per calendar day (UTC).
Guest entries are not included.
How do I use my airport lounge benefit?
You can purchase eligible single-visit lounge passes directly through the Visa Airport Companion App.
Open the Visa Airport Companion App.
Select an available lounge offering a single-visit pass.
Purchase the pass using your connected ether.fi card.
The eligible cashback will be applied automatically when the purchase is made.
The charge will appear as "Dragonpass" in your transaction history.
There is nothing to activate. The cashback is applied automatically when you make an eligible purchase.

How much cashback will I receive?
Single-visit lounge passes through the Visa Airport Companion App currently cost between $32 and $49.
Eligible purchases receive 100% cashback, up to a maximum of $49 per pass.
For example:
A $32 lounge pass receives $32 cashback.
A $37 lounge pass receives $37 cashback.
A $49 lounge pass receives $49 cashback.
If Dragonpass ever charges more than $49 for a single-visit pass, you will receive $49 cashback and pay the difference.
Covered lounge purchases do not earn your membership's standard cashback rate on top of the lounge benefit.
For example, a $37 pass earns $37 cashback, not $37 plus 3%.
When will I receive my lounge cashback?
You can track your lounge cashback directly in the ether.fi app.
Open the Dragonpass transaction in the app.
Look for the lounge cashback listed as a Category Boost, showing the amount covered.
The cashback will initially appear as Pending until Dragonpass settles the charge, usually within one or two days.
Once the charge settles, the cashback becomes Earned.
The cashback becomes Claimable seven days after it is earned.
You receive the cashback when you claim it.
What purchases are not covered?
The airport lounge cashback benefit does not cover:
Dragonpass memberships and subscriptions, including Dragonpass Go.
Passes purchased through third parties, such as travel agents or other apps.
Purchases made inside the lounge, such as food or drinks.
Guest entries.
Purchases beyond your yearly allowance.
Only eligible single-visit lounge passes purchased directly through the Visa Airport Companion App qualify.
Frequently asked questions
I bought a lounge pass but don't see the cashback. What should I do?
First, check that:
The charge appears as "Dragonpass" in your transaction history.
You purchased a single-visit pass rather than a membership or subscription.
The purchase was made after October 20th 2026.
You still had passes remaining in your yearly allowance.
If all these conditions are met and you still don't see the cashback, contact Support with your transaction ID.
Does a more expensive lounge cost me anything?
Passes costing up to $49 are covered in full.
If Dragonpass ever charges more than $49 for a pass, you will receive $49 cashback and pay the difference.
Which airport lounges can I use?
You can use any airport lounge that sells single-visit passes through the Visa Airport Companion App.
Lounge availability and prices are not set by ether.fi.
Can I use my lounge benefit more than once per day?
Each customer is eligible for one lounge visit per calendar day (UTC), including Pinnacle and VIP members with unlimited annual passes.
Can I purchase a lounge pass for a guest?
Guest entries are not included in the airport lounge cashback benefit.
What happens if Dragonpass refunds my lounge pass?
If Dragonpass refunds a pass, the associated cashback is reversed.
The refunded pass also goes back into your yearly allowance.
Do unused lounge passes carry over to the following year?
No. Unused passes do not carry over.
Your yearly allowance resets on January 1 (UTC), and your allowance follows the membership you hold at the time of each purchase.
