The physical Cash Card is a plastic or metal (varies accordingly to your membership tier) credit card linked to your ether.fi account. It works just like the virtual card but gives you the added convenience of using it in-store, at ATMs, and anywhere Visa is accepted globally.
How to Order Your Physical Card
Ordering your card is simple:
Open the ether.fi app (mobile or web).
Navigate to the Cash tab.
Look for the button “Add Card” or click here https://www.ether.fi/app/cash/order-card
Select the option “Physical Cards”
Add a nickname and spending limits (optional)
Enter your mailing address and confirm your details.
Submit your request, and we’ll handle the rest!
📌 Note: You must complete KYC verification before ordering your physical card.
Card Deposit (Core Members)
Core membership physical cards require a $40 deposit.
This deposit is not a usage fee. It is refundable if you upgrade your membership within the allowed period.
Refund Policy for Physical Card Deposit
If you are a Core user who paid the card deposit, you are eligible for a full refund if you upgrade your membership to Luxe within 12 months of the original deposit.
Once you reach an upgraded tier, the refund is automatically credited to your account balance.

Delivery Time: Cards arrive within 15+ business days. Pinaccle members get expedited shipping (1-3 business days)
Shipping Regions: We currently ship to most supported countries. If your country isn’t supported, the mailing option will not be available. Please note the shipping address is not your billing address. Once you order your physical card, you'll have the option to select shipping address.

Once you submit your shipping address and place your order for your physical card, the details cannot be changed. Please make sure all shipping details are correct before ordering.
Note: The card delivery address is not tied to your billing address. We will ask for the shipping information when ordering your card.
Activating Your Card
Once your card arrives:
Open the ether.fi app.
Go to your Cash Card section.
Tap “Activate Physical Card” and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be asked to confirm you have received the physical card.
Set your pin by selecting Edit Card > Set PIN
Using Your Physical Card
In-Store Purchases: Use your card like any regular Visa debit card.
Contactless Payments: Your card is tap-enabled for faster checkout.
ATM Withdrawals: Supported in most regions. Standard ATM and network fees may apply.
Online Purchases: Use either your physical or virtual card number.
💡 You can freeze or unfreeze your card anytime from the app. To cancel your card, please use the web.

Q: Can I still use my virtual card after activating the physical one?
Yes! Both cards remain active and are linked to the same account balance.
Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?
You can freeze or cancel it immediately in the app. You can also order a replacement.
Q: Are there any fees?
Your first physical card is free for eligible tiers. Core members pay a refundable $40 deposit. Replacement cards or certain international usage may incur small fees depending on location and usage.
