To use the ether.fi Cash card and fiat services, identity verification is required. This is part of our compliance obligations and applies to all users without exception.

You will complete KYC during account setup. The process is guided step by step inside the app. Approval is required before a Cash card can be issued.

What You’ll Need to Complete

  • Driver’s license

The document must be:

  • Valid and not expired

  • Clearly readable

  • Fully visible in the photo with no cropped edges

  • Submit

  • Make sure your camera is clear and well lit

  • Enter your address exactly as it appears on official documents

  • Do not use screenshots or edited images
