Applying with a Chinese passport
A Chinese passport can be used to apply from eligible regions other than Hong Kong. Passport acceptance does not mean that every country or region is supported, or that your application will be approved.
Identity and residence requirements
Apply using your own valid, unexpired passport and accurate personal information.
Provide valid proof of address in your own name showing your actual current residential address. The residence country you declare, your proof of address country, and the country identified from your internet connection (IP address) must match.
You should not use a VPN during sign-up or verification.
Submitting these documents does not guarantee approval. Applications remain subject to regional eligibility and verification review.
