Does ether.fi share my information with tax authorities?

No. We do not proactively report information from any of our users to tax authorities. However, we comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate, and will share information with authorities in those jurisdictions to the extent required by law.

Am I responsible for reporting my taxes?

Yes. It is your responsibility to determine whether your activity on ether.fi creates any tax obligations and to report them in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. ether.fi does not perform any tax reporting on your behalf.

Can I export my transaction history?

You can download your Cash Card transaction history as a CSV from the app for your own records or to assist with tax reporting.
