Accounts are designed to support flexible team structures, allowing businesses to assign different roles with specific permissions while keeping control over cards and spending at the account level.
Adding and Managing Employees
There is no fixed limit on the number of employees that can be added to an account. Businesses can invite as many team members as needed.
When an employee is added, they do not need to complete an additional KYC verification. The business verification (KYB) already completed for the account is sufficient, and employees only need to accept the invitation.
Card Limits
Card issuance is managed at the account level, not per employee.
Each account has the following limits:
30 virtual cards
15 physical cards
45 total cards combined
Employees can be issued physical cards, but all cards count toward the same shared account limit.
If additional cards are required beyond these limits, a request can be made through support for review by the corporate team.
Changing or Replacing the Account Owner
Ownership changes must be initiated by the current owner.
If the new owner already has access to the account, the current owner can assign them the Owner role. The member will receive an invitation, which must be accepted. The change is then confirmed in the People section of the current Owner’s account.
If the new owner is not yet part of the account, they must first be invited as an Employee or Admin. Once they have been added, the Owner role can be assigned.
The change must once again be confirmed in the People section of the current Owner’s account. The new owner may then remove the previous owner if necessary.
An account may have more than one owner.
Roles and Permissions
Accounts support multiple roles with different levels of access:
Owner
Has full access to the account, including vault settings, member management, and fund transfers.
Admin
Can manage members, invite employees, issue cards, and set spending limits. Cannot initiate vault transfers.
Assistant
Supports operational tasks. Permissions are defined by Owners or Admins.
Bookkeeper
Can view all transactions, access receipts, export financial data, and attach receipts for transactions made by any member.
Employee
Can be issued cards and view their own transactions only. Can upload receipts only for their own activity and does not have access to vault or account settings.
⚠️ At the moment, the Bookkeeper and Assistant role are not yet automatically added per corporate account. You can however, reach out and request assistance from our Corporates support team for this feature.
