Send USD via SWIFT in steps

Step 1 – Get your virtual bank details

(Path: Vault → Add Funds → Bank → SWIFT)

Accept the terms and conditions to generate your personal virtual bank transfers account.

Please note: You may be asked to provide additional verification documents before your virtual account is activated. This is part of regulatory requirements.

Step 2 – Obtain your bank transfer details

After your virtual bank account is approved and created, you will be provided with your unique bank account details. You will be able to enter these details into your bank’s wire form to make new deposits.

Details you will need are:

• Name
• Name of Bank
• Account Number
• SWIFT Code
• Country
• Beneficiary Address

These are the exact details you must enter when initiating your SWIFT transfer. Always ensure the information matches exactly to avoid delays or rejected wires. If you send an ACH or Fedwire bank transfer, it will fail and be rejected.

Each field includes a copy icon so you can easily copy and paste the information directly into your bank’s wire transfer form.

Step 3 – Send the Transfer

Log into your bank and initiate a USD SWIFT transfer using the details provided.

Save your transfer confirmation or reference number in case you need to follow up.

Fees

SWIFT transfers include:

• 20 USD fixed fee
• 0.1% variable fee

Example
If you send 1,000 USD:

  • 20 USD fixed fee

  • 1 USD variable fee
    Total fees 21 USD

You receive approximately 979 USDC.

Your own bank may also charge outgoing wire fees.

Third party transfers

If funds are sent from a bank account that is not in your name:

• Under 500 USD → processed automatically
• 500 USD and above → first transfer triggers a Request for Information email. You may be asked to confirm source of funds.

After the first successful review, future transfers from the same sender usually go through without additional review.
