FedWire and ACH Transfers (USD)

ACH and FedWire allow you to deposit and withdraw USD using US bank accounts.

Who can use ACH and FedWire

• Users with US bank accounts
• Transfers must be in USD


Enable ACH / Fedwire Bank Transfers

When using this feature for the first time, you will be prompted to accept terms and conditions and an account will be created for you with our third party provider.

You may additionally be asked for additional information (such as tax identification number) in order for your account to be approved.

Once your account is approved and set up you should see deposit details when adding funds, and a recipient list when sending funds.


ACH Transfers

Processing time

1 to 2 business days in most cases

Next Day ACH

Processes by 8:30 AM next business day

Same Day ACH

Settles at 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 6:00 PM same day


FedWire Transfers

Processing time
Typically less than 3 hours

Transfers submitted after 4:45 PM ET are sent the next business day.


How deposits work

  1. Go to Add Funds

  2. Select Bank → USD

  3. Choose ACH or FedWire

  4. Use your virtual USD account details

  5. Initiate the transfer

Any USD sent results in USDC being deposited into your Vault.

Important:

If you send a USD transfer via SWIFT to your ACH or FedWire virtual account, the deposit will be rejected and automatically refunded to your bank.

Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

How withdrawals work

  1. Go to Withdraw

  2. Select Bank → USD

  3. Choose ACH or FedWire

  4. Enter your bank details

  5. Confirm the withdrawal

Funds are sent within the stated processing time.


Frequently Asked Questions

Which banks can I use?

Any bank that supports ACH or FedWire payment rails can be used for USD transfers. If you transfer via SWIFT using ACH or Fedwire, the payment will fail.

Why do I need to upload additional documentation?

In most cases additional documentation is not required.
However, you may be asked to provide further information to meet compliance requirements for bank transfers.

Why did my off-ramp include a network fee?


Any bridging fee is shown upfront and only applied if you confirm.

What is the minimum amount?

2 USD is the minimum that can be sent or received.

My transfer is taking longer than usual

If funds have not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support via chat or email.

If sent from your bank, request a Trace ID from your bank to help us locate the transaction faster.

Why was my Wire / ACH transfer rejected?


Common reasons include:

• Incorrect bank details
• Name mismatch
• Missing payment reference

• Compliance or regulatory restrictions
• For Incoming/Outgoing transfers, there is a limit of 2 transfers per 24 hours.

If your transfer was returned, contact support with your transfer confirmation.
