How to Withdraw From Liquid Vaults on the dApp
To complete a withdrawal or deposit on dApp, users must always go through two separate transactions. Check these steps:
Click on the Withdraw button on any vault UI:
Approval transaction: You see a pop-up and this first transaction grants the necessary permissions for the smart contract to interact with your tokens. 1st choose the amount desired, select the token out and at last click in approve.
Execution transaction: The second transaction is exactly the same process as step 2, it formally requests the withdrawal.
Note: these transactions can be verified by using tools like Etherscan, Debank or reviewing their own wallet’s transaction history.
One other important reminder is that if you revoke the approval, the withdraw will fail. Revoked approvals, seeing through Debank will normally look like:
After all the processes are complete, you'll see a queue screen right at the Vault's dashboard that looks like this:
After the Refill period is completed (can be sooner than the max Time provided), your tokens will automatically be sent to your wallet, no need to claim them anywhere!
How to Withdraw From Liquid Vaults With Cash
Withdrawing from Liquid Vaults using Cash is also a simple and intuitive process. Follow the steps below to complete your withdrawal:
Visit the Cash Vaults Page: Go to the Cash interface at https://www.ether.fi/app/cash/safe and select "Earn with Liquid" to access the Liquid Vaults available via Cash.
Select a Vault:
Choose the vault you wish to withdraw from.
Example: “Market-Neutral USD”
Click “Deposit”: On the vault’s page, click the “Deposit” button. This interface also includes the withdrawal option.
Switch: In the modal, toggle from “Deposit” to “Withdraw.”
Input Amount: Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw from the vault.
Confirm Withdrawal
Submit the transaction to initiate the withdrawal. Your request will begin processing immediately.
Wait for Completion
Withdrawals will be completed within the vault’s defined withdrawal deadline. Once processed, your funds will automatically be sent to your wallet; no manual claim is needed.
Note: For other Liquid Vaults (such as the LiquidETH Vault), you will be prompted to select the asset you want to receive, for example, wETH or weETH, before completing the withdrawal.
