Why did my transaction get declined?

Common causes for declined transactions

It’s possible that one of the following occurred:

  • Your CVV was not entered correctly

  • Insufficient balance

  • Incorrect card details

  • Region restrictions

  • ATM limit reached

  • Your purchase was made at an unsupported merchant or merchant category restriction (please review: Unauthorized Merchant Categories)

If it keeps happening:

  • Confirm available balance and card details
