The ether.fi Cash card is available as both a virtual and physical credit card.
How to purchase and activate your card
Sign up at https://cash.ether.fi and confirm your identity via KYC
Go to the Card tab and select "Add Card"
Select a card tier that's right for you and purchase your card (annual rate varies by tier)
Your virtual card will automatically be available to use right away
To add a physical card, enter your mailing address and confirm your phone number
