If you already have a MoonPay account under the same email as your ether.fi account, you can top up your Cash vault in USD using Apple Pay, a card, or Revolut Pay through MoonPay. This article explains how to top up and what to do if you don't see the option.

Who can top up with MoonPay?
You can use MoonPay if you have an active MoonPay account that uses the same email as your ether.fi account.
You sign in to your existing MoonPay account, so there's no new sign-up or verification required.
How do I top up with MoonPay?
In the ether.fi web app - https://www.ether.fi/app/cash/sign-in, select Add Funds, then Cash - https://www.ether.fi/app/cash/bank , then USD.
Select MoonPay. MoonPay's checkout opens in a new tab, so Apple Pay works.
Sign in to MoonPay. Your ether.fi email is already filled in.
Enter the amount in USD and pay with Apple Pay, a card, or Revolut Pay in your name.
Go back to the ether.fi tab.
You'll receive USDC in your Cash vault, usually within minutes.
What does a MoonPay top-up cost?
ether.fi doesn't charge a fee. MoonPay shows its fee, along with its minimum and maximum amounts, during checkout before you pay.
Why don't I see MoonPay?
MoonPay only appears when your ether.fi email matches an active MoonPay account.
Check that both accounts use the same email address. ether.fi can't create a MoonPay account for you.
If you don't have a MoonPay account, you can use the other USD deposit methods available on the same screen.
Where do I see my MoonPay top-up?
You can view your MoonPay top-up in your transaction history - https://www.ether.fi/app/cash/transaction-history
Pending: MoonPay is still processing your payment.
Completed: The USDC has been credited to your Cash vault.
Failed: The payment didn't go through. You can try again.
