How to Withdraw Your Staked Assets

Steps, requirements, and processing time for releasing staked assets.

You can withdraw your staked assets by sending the staked tokens from your Main Account Vault to your external wallet (EOW) and completing the withdrawal request in the Stake app.

Withdrawals from staked positions are not instant and include a processing period.


Step 1 — Open Stake

Go to Earn section in the ether.fi app (https://www.ether.fi/app/cash/earn) and select the asset you want to withdraw (for example sETHFI).


Step 2 — Send the staked token to your external owned wallet

Click Send and transfer the staked token from your Main Account Vault to your linked external wallet (EOW).

Make sure:

• The wallet supports the token you are sending
• The wallet supports the network selected (for example Ethereum)

If the wallet does not support the token or network, the funds may not appear in that wallet.


Step 3 — Submit the withdrawal request

Once the tokens arrive in your wallet:

  1. Open the Stake app

  2. Select the token you want to withdraw

  3. Submit the withdrawal request


Step 4 — Processing period

After submitting the request, the withdrawal enters a redemption queue.

Typical processing time is about 10 days.

During this time you may see a message such as:

“Pending withdrawal in queue”

This means your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted and is currently being processed.


Step 5 — Tokens returned to your Vault

Once the processing period finishes:

• The assets will be released automatically
• The tokens will appear back in your Vault balance


Important notes

• Withdrawals from staked assets are not immediate
• The redemption queue typically takes around 10 days
• Your external wallet must support the token and network you send
Only one withdrawal request can be active at a time. If a request is already in the queue, a new one cannot be initiated until the current request finishes.
