Can I order a card if I’m currently outside the EU?
As long as you have an EU passport and proof of an EU address, you can order the card, even if you currently reside outside of the EU.
Can I order this card in the USA?
Right now, the USA is not supported.
Can I order more than one card from different tiers?
Currently you can add only one card per KYC'd individual. This will change in the near future to offer multi-card support
Are there KYC requirements?
You need to complete the KYC process to order and use the Ether.fi Cash card. You will be prompted to submit your information (e.g. passport and a video selfie) when you create an account. Successfully completing KYC is a requirement for anyone who orders a Cash card.
Will annual fees continue to be denominated and paid in ETH?
For now, they remain denominated in ETH, however Cash will include a number of other options for greater flexibility in the coming months.
