How to submit a support request:
Navigate to our website or Help Center.
On the bottom right, you will see a messenger icon.
Click on the messenger bubble to start a conversation with our team.
Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible. Please be sure to include your wallet address if applicable to the situation.
Note: if you leave the chat window, replies will be sent to the email address you provide.
